Welcome, we are Deb and Lynn the owners of FIG.

Thank you for allowing us to introduce our store FIG (Fire Island Goods). We are a seasonal store located on Fire Island in Cherry Grove, open from May-October.

We are two girls born and raised on Long Island and seasonal residents of the Grove.  Our FIGwear is a series of custom designs inspired by the vintage elements of the sea and the natural elements of Fire Island, infused with a contemporary sense of the new now.  Every season in addition to our signature graphics we roll out a new series of designs for our clients to look forward to.  Being independent retailers we strive to have a constant sense for what our customers respond to and want in comfort and design.

Fire Island is a 32 mile long strip of land, located off of the south shore of Long Island, New York.  Accessible only by ferry, the Grove is believed to be the ultimate vacation getaway, offering pristine beaches without a hint of pretention.  Nestled in between the Great South Bay and Atlantic Ocean the Island has been a haven for generations of beach goers, outdoor enthusiasts, and nature lovers. Free of cars and chaos this unique island seems like a world away from its neighboring New York metropolitan way of life.
